The third-party services that handle data for us, and what each one receives.
Overview
Wyzie is operated from the United States. To run the service we use the third parties below, and some process data on our behalf. We share only what each one needs, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information. This page is the full list; Privacy Policy section 4 describes the same sharing in prose.
Payments

Infrastructure and email

| Deepgram (through Cloudflare) | The speech model used when you turn on speaker labels. | The audio for that job, processed through Cloudflare. |
| Resend | Delivering our emails: API keys, receipts, usage notices and, if you subscribed, news. | Your email address and the message. It acts as a processor for us and does not use your address for its own marketing. |
| IPinfo | Checking whether an IP address belongs to a hosting provider or VPN, to pause keys that send very high traffic from servers. | The IP address being checked. We keep per-key counts, not addresses. |
| DataImpulse | A residential proxy network our servers use to reach some subtitle sources and, as a fallback, public media addresses you give to Transcribe. | The addresses our server requests and the files it fetches. Not your email address or API key. |
Titles, translation and support

| xAI | The AI support assistant. | The messages you send to the assistant. Please do not paste API keys or passwords into them. |
| Subtitle providers | The third-party sources we search and fetch subtitles from. | Search terms and file requests made by our servers, not by you directly. |
International processing
These providers run global infrastructure, so your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws differ from your own. We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards these providers maintain. See Privacy Policy section 4.
